Jizai Kagi - Pole style Pot Hanger
This would have been suspended from the rafters. When the yokogi is level the small pole will move up or down to adjust the heat of a pot over the cooking fire. When the yokogi is released the pole will lock in place with friction. This is a very simple piece with a stylized fish form yokogi.
